The Multi Lead

One lead - two systems. The Multi Lead can be fished in two different variants. As a lead clip system or as an inline drop-off system.

Lead Clip System

If the Multi Lead is fished as a Lead Clip System in conjunction with the Full Metal Lead Clip, this results in excellent hooking properties compared to side leads simply attached to the Lead Clip. A matching System Connector, which is attached to the front of the Multi Lead, acts on the hook the full weight of the lead, just like with an inline lead. When the carp escapes or shakes its head, the front tube of the connector detaches from the lead. Now the lead only hangs on the side arm of the lead clip. Depending on the setting of the rubber, it then releases as desired. In this variant, the positive hooking properties of an inline lead are combined with those of a side lead that is fished on the lead clip.

Inline drop-off system

This rig is used in an obstacle-free fishing situation where the lead should not be lost. The Multi Lead is mounted directly on the main line. Through a suitable System Connector, which is attached to the front of the Multi Lead, the full weight of the lead acts on the hook just like with an inline lead. In the event of a bite, the lead comes loose and slides backwards on the main line. Since the lead only glides at the swivel on the main line, it has significantly less resistance to escapes of the fish and thus drastically reduces the slitting rate.

The Multi Lead is available in the following sizes:

85 grams/ 3.00 oz
92 grams/ 3.25 oz
121 grams/ 4.25 oz
142 grams/ 5.00 oz
170 grams/ 6.00 oz
227 grams/ 8.00 oz
300 grams/ 10.00oz
